  • acquired prior approval of the LMS (Moodle) and facilitated the design and functionality
  • recruited, hired, and organized the design team to use Rapid Prototyping to facilitate the workflow. 
  • used Articulate, Powerpoint, Camtasia, Audacity, PaintPro, miscellaneous test generators, and integrated publishers.

  • once the courses were being used, I annually quantified student learning and teacher effectiveness by analyzing standardized tests, in-course assessments, and survey data. Afterward, I made adjustments in the course design.
