- Created the first ELEOT course in the nation that was designed specifically to train teachers
- Designed seven-weeks of intensive coursework that was integrated into the evaluation system
- With permission from AdvancED, each week’s training module contained five videos of teachers performing live classroom duties, with reflections on whether or not they met AdvancED standards.
- Each teacher had a reflection survey required response that went to their evaluator and was included in their summative evaluations.
- This resulted in re-accreditation by SACS/AdvancED
