  • Conducted a survey to identify the level of skills and amount of time available to dedicate to training
  • Designed a course in the Competency-Based Education (CBE) model to teach instructors how to curate resources and create a Professional Learning Network (PLN) to account for the variance in teacher development
  • used Articulate, Powerpoint, Word, PaintPro, Camtasia, Audacity, and integrated 3rd Party Software
  • Recruited and trained mentors that would be able to help others build their PLN
  • Monitored the progress along prescribed performance benchmarks
  • Received ongoing feedback from mentor-trainers and made adjustments to the course procedures
  • Augmented the CBE course with face-to-face workshops as budget allowed
  • In addition, I was selected for a 2019 Competency-Based Education Network (C-BEN) national working group to validate alternative credentialing for the business-to-business group.
